Thursday, the Palestinian territories held a general strike in protest against the Israeli Occupation's massacre in Nablus.

Wednesday, the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) raided Nablus resulting in 11 deaths, including three elderly citizens and one child, as well as more than 100 injuries, some in critical health condition.

Shops shut down and students stayed home after their schools and universities took part in the general strike that paralyzed all aspects of life, including banks and public transportation.

The political factions have called for the strike to protest the massacre in Nablus and other Israeli Occupation measures in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem.

Palestinians also protested the repressive measures against Palestinian freedom fighters incarcerated in Israeli Occupation prisons.

Notably, the Palestinian Authority has called for an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council to discuss the Israeli Occupation's measures against the Palestinian civilians in the occupied territories.
