Dutch seismologist Frank Hoogerbeets, who predicted the Turkish earthquake, posted a video speaking about the upcoming earthquakes that other countries may witness.

Hoogerbeets said, in a video posted on his YouTube channel, that there are many seismic activities in the region where the earthquakes recently struck, including Lebanon, Iraq, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and some other countries.

He added that there has been a change in the pressure distribution across the region in recent days after the deadly Turkey earthquake.

Hoogerbeets said that some are asking him if a major earthquake will happen in Lebanon or Egypt. He said: "Yes, because if we look at the history of these countries, they are exposed to great seismic activity."

He, however, stressed that it is not possible to say for sure, based on the recent activity, if that will happen next week or in five or 10 years, "nobody really knows."
