In the early hours of Wednesday morning, areas that are at least 900 meters above sea level witnessed snowfall, with varying accumulation.

The western regions witnessed rain mixed with hail, accompanied by thunder.

Temperatures across the Kingdom will be very cold, along with cloudy skies, and rain showers from time to time in the northern and centeral parts of the Kingdom, as well as parts of the southern and eastern regions.

The Kingdom will be hit with brisk western winds, carrying dust in the desert areas.

Later Wednesday, the effect of the current air depression affecting Jordan will gradually recede.

Notably, the Jordan Meteorological Department advised citizens and residents to beware of low-lying areas at risk of flooding, as well as compromised visibility due to fog and dust, depending on the area.
