Tuesday, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) reiterated the importance of being extra cautious during the current unstable weather conditions in Jordan.

The PSD noted that all roads in the Kingdom are easily passable, with the exception of Al-Shobak Road, which is passable with caution, due clear ice on the road.

In addition to the Wadi Al-Qamar Road in the Rusaifa area, which is partially closed due to flooding.

Abu Sayyah Road in the eastern Amman is the only blocked road right now, due to flooding.

The PSD called on citizens to avoid valleys and places where floods could form.

It also reiterated the need to use heaters of all kinds with cation, which means they should only be used in rooms with proper ventilation and should be switched off before going to bed.

The PSD called on citizens and residents not hesitate to call 911 in case of emergencies.
