Monday, His Majesty King Abdullah II directed the provision of aid to the families of the victims and those injured as a result of the earthquake that struck areas in Syria and Turkey.

His Majesty also expressed condolences over the victims of the earthquake that hit areas in Syria and Türkiye.

In separate cables to Türkiye President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Syrian President Bashar Assad, King Abdullah said he has issued directives to provide aid to the families impacted by the tragedy in the two countries.

In the cables, His Majesty expressed his sympathies and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
