Monday, a Syrian expat (45) died after a storage unit collapsed on top of him in the town of Al-Rafid in the Bani Kinana district, according to Roya's reporter.

He said that teams from the Civil Defence Department (CDD) were immediately dispatched to the buildingh that was under construction, pulled the body from under the rubble and transferred it to the Yarmouk Governmental Hospital.

A medical source confirmed that the man had already passed away before reaching the hospital.
