Tuesday night, three people were injured when a vehicle crashed into an electric pole on the Jerash-Irbid road, said the Highway Patrol Department.

The department told Amen FM Wednesday that the vehicle broke down which led to it deviating from the main road, crashing and obstructing traffic .

All three people were transported to the Jerash Governmental Hospital and are currently in stable health condition.

The department called on drivers to drive with extra caution and abide by traffic laws and regulations, especially during the current weather conditions in Jordan.

It also reiterated the need to be careful since visibility is often compromised these days due to dust and fog, specifically in the southern regions.
