A young man died, after a vehicle fell on him while trying to steal it on Tuesday, in the town of Al-Husun, south of Irbid, according to Roya's reporter.

He said that a group of people who regularly steal car catalysts (that change harmful substances in a car's exhaust gasses), and while they were trying to steal a vehicle in the city of Al Husun, the vehicle fell on one of them, which led to his immediate death, while the others fled.

The reporter added, quoting a security source, that the deceased had a number of precedents and theft of vehicles.

Investigations and search for the other thieves are currently underway.
