Sunday, the Anti-Narcotics Department (AND) arrested a wanted drug dealer who is classified as dangerous and armed in Amman.

The media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said  that an investigative team was tracking the wanted person for his involvement in narcotic substances.

The team was able to locate him, raid his house in east Amman and arrest him along with a person who was with him.

The spokesperson added that a total of five slabs of hashish, 1.2 kilograms of crystal meth and a quantity of narcotic pills were seized.
