Wednesday, the national Karate team arrived in Cairo to participate in the first round of the 2023 Karate 1-Premier League, which will start Friday and last until Sunday.

Jordan will be represented by Omar Shakra, Abdullah Hammad, Afif Ghaith, Abdul Rahman Al-Masatfeh, Hassan Masarwa, Ahmed Shadeed and Muhammad Al-Jaafari.

It is expected that this round will include more than 400 players representing 61 different countries.

The first round of the competition includes three rounds which will be held in Rabat in Morocco, Fukuoka in Japan and Dublin in Ireland.

The delegation includes the Head and Director Mustafa Al-Faouri, Technical Director Mohammad Ibrahim, coach Muhammad Fatyan, physiotherapist Moath Al-Madani, and international referees Ibrahim Al-Daqs, Abdul Hafeeth Alia, Fayek Al-Jaafari and Hanadi Al-Banna.
