Temperatures will increase slightly on Sunday, but the weather will remain cold over the next week, especially in high-elevation areas, the ArabiaWeather forecasting site reported.

There is a possibility of scattered rain showers in the north and the Jordan Valley, although the chances of rain and clouds will decrease on Sunday night.

Temperatures will drop and frost will possibly appear in the south on Monday. Atmosphere instability will arise in the south and east of the Kingdom, with increased cloud and rain. There is a possibility of torrential rains, hail showers, and thunder along the road to Baghdad.

A cold front from the Maghreb will run into a high-pressure area over Jordan, leading to stable sunny, cold weather, with strong gusts from the east starting Tuesday. Fog will form over the eastern Badia during the late night and early morning.
