Three Palestinian officials have been denied entry into the Israeli Occupation (1948 occupied Palestinian territories), according to the Hebrew Newspaper Haaretz Saturday.

Defense Minister Yoav Gallant canceled the permits of three Palestinian Fatah officials after they met with liberated prisoner Karim Younis in the town of A’ara on Thursday, Jan. 5.

The three officials are Mahmud al-Alul, Azzam al-Ahmad, and Rawhi Fattouh.

Thursday, Israeli Occupation authorities released Palestinian Karim Younes, who has been detained for 40 years.

The spokesperson for the Asra Media Office, Hazem Hassanein, said that the prisoner, Karim Younes, was released after 40 years of detention, by placing him in the city of Ra'anana without informing any of his family members.

Hassanein added that the Israeli Occupation does this for the purpose of preventing gatherings or celebrations after someone is liberated.
