Al-Hussein Bin Talal University announced Monday the suspension of students' attendance for their safety due to the current weather conditions.

The public relations office at the university said that any developments regarding the educational process and student attendance will be announced in a timely manner.

Earlier Monday, a public transport bus driving a number of students drifted on the Al-Hussein Bin Talal University-Udhruh road, and overturned in a torrent of rain.

A security source said that the accident resulted in three injuries, whose condition was described as moderate, and they were transferred to Ma'an Governmental Hospital.
