A security guard, 29, died after a nurse, 22, fell from the sixth floor on his head as she was trying to commit suicide in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate in Egypt.

Reports said that the man died immediately and the woman is said to have suffered several fractures in the body and is receiving the necessary treatment.
