Electricity has been restored after a two-day blackout in Kherson, Kirill Stremousov, a Moscow official, said Tuesday, AFP reported.

The city, which has been in the hands of Moscow's forces since the start of their military operation in late February, was left without water and electricity on Sunday after two strikes for which Moscow and Kiev accuse each other.
