A total of four people died and 77 were injured in 2021, as a result of wrong-way driving, according to a statement made by the Central Traffic Department.

The department also told Radio Amen FM that wrong-way driving and speeding is an “accident waiting to happen.”

They added that the police are working around the clock to assist everyone, while calling on citizens not to hesitate to call 911 when their vehicles break down or any obstacle occurs on the roads.
