The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced Monday that a young man was shot dead by the Israeli Occupation Forces in the town of Qabatiya, Jenin.

The ministry said in a statement, "The young man, Taher Muhammad Zakarneh, 19, was martyred by the [Israeli] Occupation in Qabatiya.”

Zakarneh was taken to a hospital with a bullet in the head, another bullet in the right foot, and a bullet in the left thigh, in addition to burns.
