Roya's correspondent reported that the Israeli occupation forces launched a new raid in the Rafah governorate in the southern Gaza Strip on Friday.

Earlier, the Palestinian presidency condemned the Israeli occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip, calling for its immediate halt.

The Palestinian presidency blamed the occupation forces for this dangerous escalation, which has thus far killed nine Palestinians and injured dozens more. 

It called on the international community to compel the Israeli occupation to stop the aggression against the Gaza Strip and to provide Palestinians with international protection.
