In his nightly address, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Russian "terrorist actions" can only be stopped with modern weapons, AFP reported.

Precision weapons provided by the United States allow Ukraine "to take anti-terrorist steps and allow us to reduce Russian missile strikes on our living people," Zelensky added.
