Roya's correspondent in the Aqaba Governorate reported Friday evening that five chlorine gas tanks, which were previously loaded from the deck of the ship and which are currently on berth No. 4, were unloaded.

The handling of chlorine gas tanks stopped last Monday after one of them fell and resulted in the leakage of toxic gas, which killed 13 people and injured at least 400 people.

After five tanks are lowered from the deck of the Hong Kong-flagged ship, it will return by trucks to its factory in the Muwaqar area.

Civil defense cadres and teams are present on the quayside, in addition to some officials in Aqaba.
