Mufeed Irshaid, the father of the murdered student, said that he drove his daughter to university at 8:00 am on Thursday, and the last time he spoke to her was during a phone call was at 10:10 am when he told her that her brother would come to take her home.

Irshaid added in an interview with Roya, that his wife spoke to him at 11:00 am and told him that their daughter had been shot and was at the hospital.

He asked, "How could the perpetrator easily enter and leave the university while carrying a weapon?"

Irshaid spoke about his relationship with his daughter who he called his friend saying: "She used to make tea for me every day before going to her university and she was a friend of mine."

He stressed that they have no issues or problems with anyone, adding that as of Thursday evening the perpetrator has not been arrested.
