A few days ago, security services received information indicating that a woman went missing in Irbid. An investigation was launched immediately as there was a criminal suspicion behind her death.

The woman’s husband was arrested and later on he confessed to beating his wife following disputes between them. According to him, he beat his wife but was surprised that she had passed away.

He then took the body, hid it in an empty land and got rid of any evidence. He told security services about the whereabouts of the body.

Security services went to the empty land, examined the body and transferred it to the Forensic Medicine Department.

Investigations are still ongoing.
