Labor Minister announces 1,500 new job opportunities for young men

Sunday, the Minister of Labor, Nayef Istitieh, announced that he had reached a new agreement with the knitting and clothing factories located in Karak and Tafilah to employ young Jordanian males in the evening shift in these factories.

There will be 1,500 job opportunities available for young men in these areas.

He pointed out that young males wishing to apply can review labor offices and directorates in all governorates to register for these available opportunities or register through the electronic platform "Sajjil" on the ministry's website.

He pointed out that a similar agreement had been reached with knitting and clothing factories in other governorates as well which will be announced later on, asking young men who are interested to register on the ministry's website.

The Minister also called on Jordanian youth to take advantage of the job opportunities available on the “Tashgheel” platform, the National Employment Program, which has 25,000 jobs in the private sector in various sectors, professions and specializations.
