The European Union expressed its "dissatisfaction" Friday with the use of force by Israeli Occupation forces during the funeral of Palestinian-American journalist Shireen Abu Akleh, who was killed Wednesday while covering an Israeli Occupation army operation in the occupied West Bank.

The EU delegation to Palestine wrote on Twitter that the delegation is dismayed by the violence on the campus of St. Joseph Hospital, adding that it was "a disproportionate behavior that could inflame tensions."
