Wednesday, Israeli Occupation Foreign Ministry used an incorrect translation of Arabic to deliberately mislead public outlook regarding the killing of journalist Shireen Abu Akleh.

Earlier on Wednesday, Al Jazeera veteran reporter was killed by Israeli Occupation as she was covering a raid on Jenin refugee camp.

However, Israeli Occupation authorities, while they did report the launch of an investigation, claimed that Palestinians were the ones who shot and killed her.

To support such claims, the Foreign Ministry published on their official Twitter account, a video of a Palestinian fighter shooting into the distance with the person taking the video speaking in Arabic.

The tweet reads the following:
“This morning, in Jenin, terrorists heard saying: "They've hit one, they've hit a soldier, he's laying on the ground"

But no IDF soldier was injured in Jenin

Palestinian terrorists, firing indiscriminately, are likely to have hit Al-Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Aqla.”

However, in reality, all the man was actually saying was “Oh no! they’re shooting inside the house. They went inside the house,” referring to Israeli Occupation soldiers.

Notably, Al Jazeera Media Network held the Israeli Occupation responsible for the death of the veteran and vowed to take all legal actions necessary against those responsible for her death.
