The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned the terrorist bombing that targeted a mosque in the city of Peshawar in the brotherly Islamic Republic of Pakistan on Friday, during Friday prayers, which resulted in dozens of deaths and injuries.

The Ministry's spokesperson, Ambassador Haitham Abu Al-Foul, affirmed the Kingdom's strong condemnation and denunciation of this cowardly terrorist attack, which is contrary to all humanitarian and religious values and principles.

He stressed the Kingdom's stand and its absolute solidarity with the brotherly Islamic Republic of Pakistan, expressing its deepest condolences to the government and the brotherly Pakistani people and to the families of the victims, and wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.
