Tuesday, Member of Parliament, Ismail Mashaqbeh, confirmed that the general budget and the budgets of government units for the fiscal year 2022 are totally rejected, unless the demands are implemented.

During the parliament session held today to discuss the budget, Mashqabeh expressed his rejection of the budget.

He added that this budget did not witness any actual real projects, or improved the living conditions of the Jordanian citizens.

Mashaqbeh described the energy file in the budget as "gibberish."

He pointed out that schools are severely understaffed.

He added that the government fought unemployment, only for the benefit of the wealthy.

Mashaqbeh demanded the Prime Minister to leave office.
