Jordan recorded 14 deaths and 11,813 new coronavirus cases Tuesday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 1,164,339.

The toll has risen to 13,102.

The cases are:

-6,390 in Amman

-1,365 in Zarqa

-1,187 in Irbid

-853 in Balqa

-440 in Madaba

-341 in Jerash

-318 in Ajloun

-273 in Mafraq

-267 in Karak

-156 in Aqaba

-113 in Ma'an

-73 in Ramtha

-37 in Tafilah

A total 151 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 131 have been discharged upon recovery.

There are 720 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

There are a total of 57,439 active COVID-19 cases.

A total of 52,623 PCR tests were conducted.

Tuesday, 22.45 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 22.98 percent Monday.
