Wednesday, Najwa Qbailat, Secretary-General for Academic Affairs at the Ministry of Education, said that the only justification for postponing the start of the semester until Feb. 20 is the epidemiological situation in Jordan.

In an interview with Roya’s Nabd Al-Balad, she said that there will be no further postponement of the second semester.

Qbailat pointed out that the school’s morning queue will be limited to one class each day, indicating that the postponement option is the best way for face-to-face education to continue for as long as possible.

She confirmed that the option of distance education is not being considered at all.
