Jordan recorded 16 deaths and 6,216 new coronavirus cases Wednesday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 1,117,397.

The death toll has risen to 13,028.

-75 in Ma'an

A total 118 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 90 have been discharged upon recovery.

There are 597 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

There are a total of 36,672 active COVID-19 cases.

A total of 40,394 PCR tests were conducted.

Wednesday, 15.39 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 14.27 percent Tuesday.
