Jordan records 14 deaths and 3,396 new coronavirus cases
Jordan records 14 deaths and 3,396 new coronavirus cases

Jordan recorded 14 deaths and 3,396 new coronavirus cases Friday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 1,095,087.

The death toll has risen to 12,959.

The cases are:

-2,075 in Amman

-369 in Zarqa

-337 in Irbid

-140 in Balqa

-123 in Mafraq

-66 in Madaba

-62 in Jerash

-53 in Ajloun

-49 in Ma'an

-45 in Aqaba

-36 in Ramtha

-34 in Karak

-Seven in Tafilah

A total 96 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 92 have been discharged upon recovery.

There are 607 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

There are a total of 25,095 active COVID-19 cases.

A total of 37,362 PCR tests were conducted.

Friday, 9,09 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 9.38 percent Thursday.
