Tuesday, a Jordanian student in Kazakhstan, called Mutaz Amro, said that the majority of Jordanian students in Kazakhstan were victims of fraud by other Jordanians.

In an exclusive interview with Roya, Amr called the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates and the Jordanian Embassy there, to follow up on the fraud in remittances and installments that the students were victims of, noting that there is evidence of that.

In regards to the protests in Kazakhstan, he stressed that the situation is stable and the markets have begun to operate normally, and that matters are under the control of the state.

Amr reassured the families of the Jordanian students, explaining that everyone who needed any money was helped by a Jordanian businessman.

He pointed out that the only problem there is the intermittent internet outage.
