Jordan recorded 25 deaths and 1,392 new coronavirus cases Saturday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 1,077,432.

The death toll has risen to 12,856.

The cases are:

-154 in Irbid

-154 in Zarqa

-76 in Balqa

-34 in Karak

-26 in Mafraq

-17 in Madaba

-13 in Tafilah

-Eight in Ajloun

-Eight in Ma'an

-Six in Jerash

-Five in Aqaba

A total 74 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 51 have been discharged upon recovery.

There are 716 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

There are a total of 26,011 active COVID-19 cases.

A total of 24,429 PCR tests were conducted.

Saturday, 5.70 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 5.42 percent Friday.
