Friday, a young Palestinian man was killed by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) after they shot him for allegedly carrying out a stabbing attack, near the Haris town in Salfit, in the northern West Bank.

Roya’s correspondent stated that the IOF shot the young man, later identified as Amir Rayan, from the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, with allegations of carrying out a stabbing attack.

The spokesperson for the Israeli Occupation army Avichay Adraee wrote on Twitter, “Our forces thwarted an attempt to carry out a stabbing attack, as a Palestinian car arrived a short time ago in an area close to a military point at the Geti Afishar junction near the city of Ari'el.”

Adraee added that the Palestinian man was shot dead.
