The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced the registration of the first infection with the Omicron variant in the Strip.

Dec. 16, Palestine recorded the first three cases of Omicron.

Since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, Palestine has confirmed 438,087 cases and 4,632 deaths.
