Thursday, the Ministry of Health called for adherence to COVID-19 preventive measures, during Christmas and New Year's celebrations.

In a statement, a copy of which was received by Roya, the ministry confirmed that gatherings in closed places are allowed under the condition of showing vaccination certificates with two doses and a PCR test conducted 48 hours prior to the gathering.

The ministry stated that this is in the interest of everyone's safety, and the extent of adherence to preventive measures will be monitored.
