The Palestinian Prime Minister, Muhammad Shtayyeh, Saturday condemned execution of 25-year-old Muhammad Shawkat Muhammad Salima at the hands of the Israeli Occupation Forces.

Shtayyeh said, "The murderous occupation soldiers are practicing their crime live," and called on the International Criminal Court to investigate the crime.

Earlier Saturday, Salima was shot dead by the Israeli Occupation Forces after stabbing a settler.

Local sources said that the soldiers shot the boy at point-blank range near the Al Masara roundabout in the Bab Al-Amoud area, in the occupied city of Jerusalem.

The sources added that the IOF attacked the citizens present in the vicinity of the area and fired tear gas canisters at them after shooting Salima.

The 20-year-old ultra-Orthodox settler that the Palestinian youth stabbed was taken in an ambulance to Shaare Zedek Hospital, with his injuries being described as moderate to serious, according to Hebrew sources.
