The Palestinian Minister of Health Mai Al-Kaila announced Wednesday the registration of five deaths and 257 new infections with the coronavirus in the past 24 hours.

Three deaths were recorded in Gaza and two deaths in Bethlehem.

The cases are:

-25 in Bethlehem

-6 in Tubas

-49 in Hebron

-7 in Tulkarm

-16 in Jenin

-13 in Nablus

-25 in Ramallah and al-Bireh

-106 in the Gaza Strip

-3 in Jerusalem suburbs.

-6 Jericho & Al Aghwar

-1 in Qalqilya

A total of 38 patients are recieving care in intensive care rooms, while 70 patients are being treated in centers and departments in hospitals designated to treat COVID-19 patients in the West Bank, including eight patients on ventilators.
