Jordan recorded 26 deaths and 4,549 new coronavirus cases Tuesday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 923,722.

The death toll has risen to 11,403.

The cases are:

-354 in Ramtha

-289 in Balqa

-190 in Karak

-167 in Mafraq

-158 in Madaba

-145 in Jerash

-102 in Ajloun

-83 in Aqaba

-53 in Ma'an

-39 in Tafilah

-Nine in Petra 

A total 180 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 95 have been discharged upon recovery.

There are 936 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

There are a total of 42,779  active COVID-19 cases.

A total of 46,486 PCR tests were conducted.

Tuesday, 9.79 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 9.26 percent Monday.
