‘I am ashamed to give advice in light of the government's silence about concerts’: Kharabsheh

Monday, the former Minister of Health Saad Al-Kharabsheh said that he is relatively satisfied with the stability of the epidemiological situation in Jordan, despite the overcrowding that has been witnessed in concerts and events.

Kharabsheh told Roya that he felt ashamed to give advice to the public on wearing face masks and adhering to public safety measures in light of the government’s inaction and silence at concerts, and the great overcrowding witnessed there.

He pointed out that what prevents the collapse of the epidemiological situation in Jordan is the societal immunity that has been reached in Jordan, which exceeded 60 percent.
