Jordan recorded six deaths and 1,268 new coronavirus cases Thursday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 838,523.

The death toll has risen to 10,847.

The cases are:

-39 in Ma'an

-35 in Mafraq

-24 in Madaba

-22 in Jerash

-12 in Ramtha

A total of 82 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 59 have been discharged upon recovery.

There are 489 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

There are a total of 14,604 active COVID-19 cases.

A total of 34,803 PCR were conducted.

Thursday, 3.64 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 3.80 percent Wednesday.
