Jordan records seven deaths and 1,307 new coronavirus cases

Jordan recorded seven deaths and 1,307 new coronavirus cases Monday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 834,778.

The death toll has risen to 10,818.

The cases are:

-557 in Amman

-236 in Irbid

-93 in Zarqa

-73 in Aqaba

-72 in Balqa

-54 in Ma'an

-39 in Ajloun

-39 in Mafraq

-29 in Madaba

-28 in Karak

-24 in Ramtha

-23 in Jerash

-23 in Tafilah

-17 in Petra

A total of 74 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 74 have been discharged upon recovery.

There are 466 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

There are a total of 13,890 active COVID-19 cases.

A total of 32,511 PCR were conducted.

Monday, 4.02 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 3.91 percent Sunday.
