Over dozen killed after Russian plane crashes in Tatarstan region

Sunday, over a dozen were killed and seven were injured after an L-410 plane crashed near a city in the Tatarstan region, according to the RIA news agency.

The exact number of deaths is still unclear. 

The plane was carrying a group of parachute jumpers. Seven people were pulled alive and rescued.
