EMA authorizes booster dose of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for ages 18 and above

Monday, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) authorized the use of a booster dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for those aged 18 years and above.

The EMA said the booster doses "may be considered at least six months after the second dose for people aged 18 years and older."
