Thursday, the media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said that the specialized teams in Jerash, Balqa and West Irbid dealt with a report they received saying that a person had drowned in the King Talal Dam.

Following that, the diving teams and the police moved to the site and began their search operations that continued from Tuesday morning until Thursday noon. After that the teams were able to find the body of the fisherman who went missing two days ago.

The body was evacuated to a hospital.

Tuesday, a fisherman was reported missing at the King Talal Dam in Jerash.

A security source pointed out that the fisherman's colleagues were the ones who reported him missing to the authorities.
