Thursday at dawn, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the death of a 22-year-old Palestinain man, Alaa Nasser Muhammad Zyoud, and the injury of two others during armed clashes with the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) in the town of Burqin, southwest of Jenin.

Eyewitnesses said that the IOF surrounded a house in the Al-Mutalla area, which is located between the towns of Al-Yamoun and Burqin.

They added that the IOF shot the young man, Zyoud, in the aforementioned house, which led to his death and the injury of other civilians, who were taken to a hospital for treatment.

In a similar context, Thursday morning, Hebrew media announced the killing of a Palestinian woman, who was shot by the Israeli Occupation soldiers in Bab al-Silsila in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem.

Palestinian media reported that the IOF shot the Palestinian girl for allegedly trying to carry out a stabbing attack near the gate of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
