Jordan recorded six deaths and 883 new coronavirus cases Sunday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 807,384.

The death toll has risen to 10,548.

The cases are:

-50 in Balqa

-48 in Jerash

-34 in Aqaba

-29 in Karak

-28 in Mafraq

-22 in Ma'an

-19 in Madaba

-14 in Ajloun

-13 in Petra

A total of 83 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 59 have been discharged upon recovery.

There are 545 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

There are a total of 12,223 active COVID-19 cases.

A total of 29,050 PCR tests were conducted.

Sunday, 3.04 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 2.37 percent Saturday.
