Jordan records 798 new coronavirus cases, 13 deaths
Jordan records 798 new coronavirus cases, 13 deaths

Jordan recorded 13 deaths and 798 new coronavirus cases Friday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 806,012.

The death toll has risen to 10,531.

The cases are:

- 389 in Amman

- 73 in Zarqa

- 81 in Irbid

- 27 in Tafilah

- 29 in Balqa

- Nine in Madaba

- 49 in Mafraq

- 41 in Karak

- 24 in Jerash

- 10 in Ma'an

- 24 in Ajloun

- 13 in Aqaba

- 26 in Ramtha

- Three in Petra

A total of 59 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 64 have been discharged upon recovery.

There are 507 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

There are a total of 12,043 active COVID-19 cases.

A total of 27,414 PCR tests were conducted.

Friday, 2.91 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 3.02 percent Thursday.

3,066,190 people have been fully vaccinated.
