Jordan recorded 10 deaths and 975 new coronavirus cases Wednesday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 804,326.

The death toll has risen to 10,501.

The cases are:

-48 in Ma'an

-45 in Balqa

-40 in Aqaba

-39 in Karak

-32 in Ajloun

-27 in Mafraq

-24 in Tafilah

-23 in Jerash

-17 in Madaba

-Seven in Ramtha

-One in Petra

A total of 67 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 58 have been discharged upon recovery.

There are 540 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

There are a total of 12,048 active COVID-19 cases.

A total of 30,596 PCR tests were conducted.

Wednesday, 3.19 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 3.47 percent Tuesday.
