A 70-year-old man, Saleh Khalil Hijazin, never gave up on his dream to pass Tawjihi. In 1973, Hijazin’s Tawjihi journey began and finally after years of hard work and six attempts to pass Tawjihi, his dream came true Monday.

Hijazin, who was born in the town of As-Simakiyah in the Karak governorate, told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that he was full of happiness when the Ministry of Education announced the results of the Tawjihi exams and he found out that he passed it.

He indicated that his last attempt to pass the Tawjihi was in 2003 before he decided to give it another shot this year.

Monday morning, the Ministry of Education announced the Tawjihi results.

June 24, the first sessions of the Tawjihi exams began, amid health measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
